Perler Bead Mania
Grades Completed: 1-3
Class #518: June 24-28, 9am-12pm
Location: Holmes Elementary
Fee: $5 Materials
Perler beads are plastic fusible beads. These colorful beads will be arranged on plastic pegboards to form patterns and then fused together with a clothes iron (the iron will only be handled by an adult). Beads can also be strung into necklaces, woven into keychains or even assembled into three-dimensional decors. We will explore what we can create within themes such as sports, Disney, holidays, animals, careers and more! We will also discover the mechanics of how to create and assemble three-dimensional objects such as pencil boxes, miniature furniture or jewelry cases.
