Adventures on Ropes – NEW!

Grades Completed: 6-8 

Camp #626: June 27-July 1, 9am-12pm 

Camp #830: July 11-15, 9am-12pm 

Location: Outdoor Adventures Center at UNL 

Fee: $20 Facility 

Experience heights while attached to a rope! Connect with fellow students while you learn the basic technical skills required to get you climbing, rappelling and ascending a rope, including how to put on a harness and tie in the climbing rope. Problem-solve as you scale vertical walls, find the right body positions and learn a little more about yourself along the way. This course will have a field trip on Thursday to the UNL Challenge Course (6900 West Superior Street) to experience climbing outdoors on the Alpine Tower and Giant Swing by Choice. Come see what climbing can offer beyond the adrenaline rush. Belay on!

Evaluation of Information Protection Practices -- Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with organization policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information. Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
